CYPRESS CAMPUS PASTOR Stephen Bailiff Stephen has been married to Tiffani for over 30 years. They have three boys and one daughter-in-law. He has been at Second for over 20 years and was part of the Cypress campus launch in 2006. He has served this campus through both movie theaters, church at the Berry Center, and the transition into the permanent building. Stephen and Tiffani are enjoying empty-nesting but are excited for the grandparent stage of life coming in February 2026.
SENIOR PASTOR Ben Young Ben Young is the senior pastor of Second Baptist Church, where he’s served since 1989. He also teaches at Houston Theological Seminary. Originally from the Carolinas, Ben now calls Texas home with his wife, Krissie. They have six kids, two grandkids, and enjoy an active, faith-filled life together.
